The amount of off-season injuries at this club seems abnormally high.

Are they training too hard? Doesn't seem likely with this club.

Not doing stretches or warmups before training? Doesn't seem likely either.

Being too darn clumsy at training? It's about the only explanation left.

Any thoughts anyone?

I feel they often build them too much - ie bulk - especially the legs. The knees can't handle it.

Pecs are hard to understand at training - maybe too much of the one on one - tough stuff. But again - they are packing on so much muscle the body often can't "hold" it.

Its why I'd like to see the interchange reduced as far as possible and make them build stamina. Maybe 3 reserves - mainly for injury. None of this rotation of big boppers over and over.
