Bar injury - Queensland look to have a top team there - especially in view of the 2015 GF - both Qld teams.

NSW have the beginnings of a side but maybe its time to look outside the box. Also may be time to look at the forwards - some starting to wear a bit.

After nsw won in 2013 then lost again last year, selections could go either way. Do you give up on either Hodko or Pearce or both or stick with them. Do you find a spot for frizzell? Are Josh Morris and Jennings the best centres or do ferguson or James Roberts replace one or both. Does Farah bring game winning or bad losing options. (Couldn't find the right man to kick a field goal in game 1).

We should take a leaf out of the Q'Billie book and pick Widdop.

A few good ones there. A couple from the Nat Cap who are very good.

seems like the media may be onto a cover up in the emerging SOG camp where certain players may have been suspended/banned for a period whilst others who could be more important to the QLD side appear to be exempt from the naughty corner.

I hope Lozza doesn't pick Pierce in the first & the coming games.

Pearce is back and the Rorters benefited from him and JWD so Lozza would have Pearce pencilled in as part of a redemption package

But playing Newcastle.

Re Blues - I wouldn't be surprised to see either Frizell and/or Thompson in the squad.

Not a bad side BUT you might need a rethink on a couple of spots.
Semi Trailer as good as he is doesn't qualify under current rules for SOG.
Ennis is a perfect fit for the sharks but not SOG
Woods has an injury that may affect his selection
Tamou played well against Manly but hasn't been setting the forwards on fire and Gallen is running on old legs
As much as it irks me to say it Fifita could be a selection though.

A win is a win and those two are back so the rorters will get better each week.
Re Blues - it wouldn't surprise me who Lozza picks , I just hope he picks on form not reputation and he picks players -----in position they play regularly......except Hooker because anyone can play that spot these days

Well, he was picked for the Kangaroos, so he should be picked in the blues side. Inglis is a Blue.

Woods will be alright.

With Gallen he would do anything for one chance to hammer the maroons. He's boxing isn't the best, but he can take it.. lol!

Also, I thought about picking Peats, but the atmosphere would misdirect him. As a old style hooker (hard) and directing the forwards, it may be too difficult for Peats. Ennis doesn't care at all..lol! :hilarious:

Fifita, not SOS material. Simple as that.
