We will face the Canberra Raiders at GIO Stadium on Friday, July 3 (6pm).

Saints have won five of their past seven games against the green machine, including two of their past three games at GIO Stadium; although even then, that loss occurred in golden point extra time.

Again it all depends on which Dragons team turns up to play.

The main things to take out of last weeks game was
Offloads in the tackle opportunities were not taken
Norman looked totally bereft of ideas in the halves with the in your face defence
Saab not in position in defence. showed keenness to chase an opportunity in attack ..if given the ball
Graham could have and should have been playing. . You cant even get flights out of the country and no superleague to play for due to covid at the momnet.

Totally agree - we could win if they all turn up to play.

Another tough one for the dragons but they are a chance if they can replicate last weekends form.

The Dragons will stick to the side that took on the Roosters last week, with only a couple minor changes. Korbin Sims officially joins the side after being a late inclusion for Jacob Host last week, who injured himself during the warm-up.

Eddie Blacker has been named in the wider squad for the first time this season.

Did the Dragons improve that much or was it a case of the Roosters being shell-shocked from those injuries in the first half??? The Roosters seemed to be more organised in the second half after Robbo had a chance to talk to them at halftime about the new game plan. 4 players injured during the game and 2 good players out before the game would have affected them.

Yes and no Grasshopper.

I feel we have improved with the change to "Coaching" style. BUT - they did have two key players out.

However, Canberra are not the Roosters - by a long chalk.

Thus I feel we do have a real chance with this new enthusiasm in the Club and team.

I am a little disappointed the Dragons let Jai Field get away and he will prove an asset elsewhere.
Perhaps mary might give Sailor a run at 5/8th

I hope he plays the young guys today - and not his usual crap. At least we know he's not calling the shots now. Eddie Blacker for example.
