Huge week this week as we look towards the Dragons on Thursday night. It's a short turnaround but I don't think that's such a bad thing because after a loss like we had last week, you want to get straight back on the horse as quickly as possible. You don't need me to tell you how big Thursday night is in the context of our Season, it is a must win game. We simply have to find a way to win. With respect to the Dragons, it is a winnable game for us but they certainly won't make it easy. As I said, must win! It is also Indigenous Round this week and we'll run out in our special Indigenous jersey. We all know our club's rich Indigenous history so that'll only add to the occasion and it's a chance to celebrate Indigenous culture.

As I mentioned, this is a winnable game but it will not be easy at all. After a slow start to the Season after the restart, our traditional rivals, the Dragons, have really picked their act up and are currently in form. They'll be as fired up and ready to go as ever so we will need to be on and match that. Their key players such as Ben Hunt, Corey Norman, Matt Dufty, Paul Vaughan and Tyson Frizell have really started to find their way and are looking in good touch. We'll have our hands full stopping them but it's so important that we do.

We are almost the opposite, while we haven't been playing super badly, we're not where we should be so we must see a big step up on Thursday. We need to sort it out and kick start our Season big time and that starts this week. I'm calling out our spine to lift because boy do we need it. Latrell returns and will be fired up for Indigenous Round and he's a massive in for us. Our attack has struggled without him so let's hope we can get back to the kind of attack we should be playing. And of course, once again, we must hold the ball. Every week I seem to say to myself "this is the week we complete well," yet it never happens. We must ensure that changes this week and we minimise our errors. We can't give St George Illawarra too many chances.

It's a big week, an exciting week. We can do this!

Pass back, move forward - Traditional custodians honoured: https://www.nrl.com/news/2020/07/27/pass-back-move-forward-traditional-custodians-honoured/

"We're not far away from where we want to be." - Adam Reynolds: https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/news/2020/07/27/adam-reynolds-round-12-media/

"Storytelling is a big part of our culture." - Cody Walker: https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/news/2020/07/27/cody-walker-round-12-media/

So from what Reyno was saying, it sounds like Hame could be out. That's a blow for us, just can't catch a break with injuries at the moment.

Walker hopes Latrell's return for Indigenous Round provides spark: https://www.nrl.com/news/2020/07/27/walker-hope-latrells-return-for-indigenous-round-provides-spark/

Here's my predicted Line Up for Round 12,

1. Mitchell
2. Allan
3. Graham
4. Gagai
5. Johnston
6. Walker
7. Reynolds (C)
8. Tatola
9. Cook
10. Burgess
11. Su'A
12. Sironen
13. Murray

14. Nicholls
15. Mago
16. Johns
17. Knight

This is what I think Wayne will name. Obviously latrell returns. AJ is in some doubt due to the short turnaround with his HIA so if he's out, Paulo obviously stays in the side. If AJ is back, I think Corey played great last week so he keeps his spot. I think the rest of the side will remain the same apart from the bench. I just have a feeling that Knighty will be back this week, that'd be a big boost, so he might get named. I also think Mago should come back into the side.

Agree StG stanleyg stanleyg

Souths will be HOT favourites ! I don't think we have a chance.
Lol Sele is out now. We can’t take a trick it’s a nightmare.

We could be without Lowe, Knight, Amone, Sele and Mago in the pack for starters, we already don’t have good forward depth.

AJ could be out along with Burns and Roberts already out.

Injuries are killing us.

Our bench could be:

Nicholls
Koloamatangi
Johns
Dillon

That would be the weakest bench in the comp.

We are close to not being able to name a squad of 21.

You guys should be much closer in the betting. Getting Tariq and Periera back is a big boost.

I am worried about this game.

Sele is a massive out for us, he’s been our best bench player, we lose a lot without him.

Bunny fans will be smiling....Lattrell can beat our team on his own....if he doesnt lose his cool and pack poor discipline into his kit bag.

Your team is much improved atm Stan, I wouldn't sell them short.
.
I always hope for a win which is why I picked them even though I often have my doubts.
They have the talent but rarely put it together on the paddock.
You guys are still raging favourites.
