They also have a lot of inter religion clashes not just with Christians but within their own sects.
They also tend to treat women as lesser people.
My wife worked at a place (one of those places indians love to get when they come out to Oz....a government job) and had incidents with one of those higher caste people.
He had issues with not wanting to acknowledge her authority or even respond to her instruction because in his view and upbringing she was beneath him.
He got a big wake up call for his views.
