to anyone who is not in favour of it and those peddling it cannot even answer simple questions about its content, function or impact on every australian or the laws the real Parliament passes given every law effects indigenous people so if it gets up they could have virtual veto or delaying power over every piece of legislation. That would turn slow moving legislation into even slower .
