I feel if the fires have taught us anything - its that its now time to do away with State Governments.
It would a Comm state like Russia - Putin now he can me the PM after he's Presidency ..Trump and Putin RE dictators ( the crap he says it's .... amazing) Probably the best President ever!
Then Australian PM care more for the Big Industry and .... equal rights. The right of religion crap will be a nightmare in 5 years time after that Bible basher moron get's deflown;
Has LIBs helped my Business and Labor Hell no. Now I'm going back what I use to do - cash in hand. 20% of the time. The Clients like it - Why? 15% cheaper than most Small businesses. The Chinese Plasterers use to do that in Sydney..maybe still?

I'd rather my tax go to funding for National Parks then the perks of politicians. Once you leave parliament that should be it.

If a Senator he's 2 terms he or she can get a full Super...Years ago they tried to rectify that but there a hoop hole. I still do Tax but not as much now. I got a little from the Tax break Under 90 grand but with my Tax Accountant - It was three and sixty dollars. It was $260 Accountant. Also some tools I spent a few months before it wasn't covered. haha. Also - I spoke to a Private health again...I was a member with 2 others, but I had to reveal my injuries....After the 1 year they wouldn''t cover it anyway. There is pages and pages of my injuries. The Neck problem it's pre- evenitng (I cant spell it) Yes, big dollars to get surgery. But my Dr's and my Physio - you won't have great movement then. It goes through your mouth and long therapy and also, you're getting older also. late 20's footy players...they struggle.
Anyway - Both sides are waste of Politics.

A little bit of rain and those plants whose core is underground will sprout back if they havent been roasted.

Even with the intensity of our fires some flora will bounce back...and quickly. some might even mutate so having an interest in Botany could be an interesting time here ALX22
Maybe some natural colour variations could occur. I know wild Hardenbergia violacea occasionally has white flowers in my backyard.

Yes, I've set myself a target of 10 000 correct identifications by the end of the year. Currently nearly reaching 3000.

We need states or we don't have a country or a federation. It would be a continent with small countries within in it like the country of Qld.
We don't need local councils though in the form they are in. Gladys tried to amalgamate a lot in nsw but she should have gone further and actually devolved councils into larger REGIONS.

Equal rights? absolutely fine but some want to be treated more equal than others. I would rather enshrining FREE SPEECH rather than allow th eperpetuallyaggreieved or intolerant to drag Church people into court for preaching the bible in their churches whatever they may say.
I don't like the IMAM referring to women as pieces of meat but he is entitled to his opinon.

The PM cares about our country and unemployment...Reducing Big business TAX gives them more opportunity to be competitive and as a result employ more workers. Less people on centerlink means more tax and more money available for those who need it.

They still have to deal with the John Setkas, soaring green power prices and our high costs of living to be competitive.
Reducing taxes is a start.
Any improvement in our economy and employment is a good thing.

If shorten had won the election any self funded "super" for those with their own business would have suffered along with the economy of a big spending HIGH taxing High emissions imposition credo.

Cash in hand can have its benefits but its that sort of under handed business style that robs government of taxes that go towards things like...Medicare, NDIS , Old age pensions and of course our friends on centrelink.

I agree SJ doesn't.

I don't think many LGBT community will try to drag down the Church. Some Ministers are gay now.

Well, I was with 2 Private Health funds and the prices went up and up. Then recently I spoke to other health funds and I have hand my papers to them. I thought I would join again. But with my Head Injuries concerning my Neck, they won't cover that head injuries - even after 1 year.
Also, I'm living prove that I'm not on a Disability Pension - I was many years ago but I had to work again. I tried my best doing PT but it wasn't my thing I thought going into rehabilitation centres as support agent PT and so on. My speaking wasn't the best. So I went back to what I know.
So don't preach to me!
Also - the rorting by the LNP with sporting facilities. 1 Million - they won't sack that bimbo because the LNP are so arrogate - I did it on merit! Lol! haha. Labor is the same. And .... Hanson bitch.
Bye.

1. We have a Federation. Without it you go back to individual colonies which would be countries on their own.
some might survive and prosper but most would be basket cases like the NT.

2. It doesn't take "MANY" to stuff up equal rights.. it only takes the actions of a few hardened activists to reflect on the MANY.
You only have to look at the Margaret court issue.
A woman who was brilliant in her sport and also a minister of religion is attacked because her religion doesn't believe in Gay or SSM.
She helps the needy regardless of their gender or sexual orientation but deniers of equal rights wouldn't be happy until she was lynched from Margaret court arena (aptly and deservedly named due to her acheivements in TENNIS) Whats wrong with...we respect her tennis achievements and she should be HONOURED for them but we don't accept her or her churches view on SSM?
The way they hounded Bill Leake over a cartoon that was designed to make people think about indigenous disadvantage.
Sadly you will always have people who believe they are more equal than others.

3. I think you meant Garbage, not garage but common sense would tell you reducing business tax means you have more fiscal strength to hire more people unless of course it is negated by Union pay rise campaigns but in actual fact a tax cut is a pay rise.
Small business , well honest small business would benefit but for more than a few larger companies it is already too late and they have gone belly up or moved overseas where labour is cheaper, power is cheaper etc.
It is a sad day things can be made or grown overseas and shipped to australia cheaper than we can grow or build them here but that world economics.

4. Cash in had is a rort plain and simple but people do it as they are always after a good cheap deal and your business is perfect for it.

Health funds and a lot of things go up every year along with CPI.
Health funds also go up more because of other factors
Treatments by Drs get more expensive and also the cost of running machinery like MRI's
The more people pull out due to cost the more they have to put up charges and pay less to offset loss of income to pay for members medical.

Having existing injuries you Bazza are in an awkward spot and you probably wouldnt hire a worker with serious existing health issues.....if you knew about them
another examples of costs is my local COUNCIL
They are running spin Drs off their feet tryng to claim they needed a BIGGER rate rise but are doing us a favour by only asking for just over 10%.
Instead of streamlining their costs they just spend more on anything but roads and garbage or parks .
They are spending $25 ,000 on changing brass plaques on community projcects to include all the councillors names on them
They are wasting money renaming a library after clive james who left Kogarah years ago and just used it to feather his earnings in the UK

There is NO rort from the sports minister she handed out sports grants as per her job , She just didnt use the Australian sports council nominations to give money to needy organisations in both LNP and labor electorates
The sports council has its nose out of joint being cut out of the loop and not being able to crow to its members what a good job it did.
Labor of course being labor is trying to make political capitol out of it

I will add that if you wrote your post I am very IMPRESSED by it until your last comment about P Hanson where you had a relapseAndrews.jpeg

I saw one bloke on the news yesterday whose house had burned and he was sleeping in a gifted caravan, not sure what will happen but he had no insurance so will the charity funds be used to rebuild his house?

Many in the Canberra fires had no insurance - never thought it would happen. Then cried poor and wanted help. I'm in two minds over this.

I've paid insurance all my life - even when it was unlikely anything would happen.

I feel we do have to look after ourselves sometimes.

Often people can't afford their insurance but can somehow afford their alcohol. ;)

George Christensen pays back $2,100 after audit finds he misused travel expenses

Nationals MP who has come under fire for extensive trips to Philippines is found to have wrongfully billed taxpayers for domestic travel.

2. Margaret Court is the same calabra of Shane Warne, so I prefer 2 great Australian Adam Goodes and Dr Fiona Wood.

three. I'm with no Union mate. Also, The LNP they are more focus on the Union then the Banking, Insurance scam artist - Well that's the LNP and your arrogance you're a the life blood of the Libs. Also, the :) Lib as the Treasurer he said today maybe we won't get a surplus. Why? Many people are suffering. Low unemployment but no wage increase since the Libs. Also, my business I thought with money I get payed I thought it would great as I got Payouts 1 (As a sub-contractor) 2. ( 2 brothers beat me in a Hotel bathroom) - I'm more secure than most. But the Libs aren't helping. Just a fact.

4. Private Health funds are a rort and even your Liberal buddies they warn the Health bodies but they don't care. One health fund - Nearly a 1 Billion profit. So don't preach to me. Actually I just got home in the mail box - Next Month I see a Neuro Specialist - I think my Doc spoke to the Hospital. They have all the records and scans and it's good thing. My decision and hopefully the specialist has a few different options.

Also they blonde bimbo who was the bible basher PM when she made the decision. You can spin it anyway you want mate, but even a Legal firm is interested.
Anyway - At least I'm honest you're not. Liberal all the way...lol! I remember you wrote I wanted to go to Vietnam...No wonder you're nuts. My Sister bio Father he served - After that..not good.
