What do people think of the Warriors ?

What do our NZ Members think of them ?

Why do they underperform so often ?

Once again they miss the 8.

I remember going to see them play the GF against Manly - a few years back now. Most thought this was the beginning of the awakening of the sleeping giant.

BUT - something is clearly wrong.

They have a good squad - and go through coaches like a rat up a drain pipe.

When you look at their team you do have to ask - WHY ???

While its good people just read the posts - it would be nice to see what they actually feel/think - especially about this ?

Looking through SJ's optimistic crystal ball the Warriors might be due for a big improvement in 2018.
Their recent sides have been nothing like the teams who took the field early in their Nrl history.
They still try to use what brute power they have left but the razzle dazzle flair is long gone at the moment.

A lot of players who might have drifted into the Warriors side at a younger age are now plying their trade in other Nrl clubs

Well, that's it. The Warriors never won anything, nut at least they were entertaining. Now their league position is no better than when they used to chuck the ball around, worse, in fact, and they are not entertaining, Johnson apart.

Bad news.
Even the NZ Reps were awful this year.

So - what's the answer. Coach ? Players ? Distance ? RU ? No body could argue they haven't had the players and coaches to go well - but they don't.
