Suliasi Vunivalu has trained with Fiji ahead of a final World Nines fitness test on Friday.

Vunivalu is nursing a hamstring issue that ruled him out of Melbourne's preliminary final loss to the Roosters as well as facial wounds from being attacked in a Bali nightclub last week, an incident that has seen Storm teammate Nelson Asofa-Solomona come under investigation from the NRL's Integrity Unit.

Christian Welch has all kinds of possibilities ahead of him in 2020 but he refuses to look too far ahead.

Welch is three weeks into full training and making good strides from a second knee reconstruction and he knows he will need at least four to six weeks of work before being considered for game time.
