Good on you enjoy.

I went for my power walk at Maroubra beach this morning.
.
Any people in Souths gear out and about? How many km do you walk?

I just did 4km in 50mins I wasn’t planning on going as far as I did. I picked a street that unfortunately kept going and going and going!

My legs and calf’s are cooked. I do have tender feet too with loose ligaments. Even in orthotics in my shoes they only help so much

great during the day when its not raining, or cloudy.
If you can afford them get some BUT do not rely on them as the tariff you get paid is bugger all compared to what they resell any excess that you produce back to you or to others . ( excess being power produced when you are not there and using it because you are at work etc)

If you are rich or can afford it you need to get the battery storage but do not expect it to recover your outlay before the panels and battery reach their use by date.
for it to be worthwhile you need as many KW panels on the roof as you can get. anythign less than 6 is a waste of money

If those Greens and other proponents of this unready tech were fair dinkum they would subsidise the whole cost of a street or even a suburb of roof panels rigged in a series back to the grid.
Governments have all that roof space they could pay a stipend to the owners to lease plus a % of the power and that would help both Labor and the LNP to meet almost impossible emissions targets they set that we do not need.

Summer is almost upon us so remember slip slop and slap. The intensity of UV ray varies with sun activity but OZ due to its angle to the sun has the worst skin cancer problems .

Our dog has a habit of licking his elbow - until the hair is gone.

We stop him and he lets it go - but then the cycle starts again. He may stop for months in between. But then it starts up again.

Any ideas ?

pressure sore? ocd?. you can apply something he doesnt like such as rub raw chilli onto the area...
It should stop it or the dog may start to lick another spot otherwise its an expensive vet consultation..

My vet loved us because my dogs weighed between 70 and 116 kgs so he said meds were charged by dog weight lol.

Might be a pressure point problem. Get some ointment from vet/dog shop.

Don't like chilli idea.

Or one of those big head things.
