Are wisdom teeth supposed to fall out after a certain age???

Don't think so - sometimes they can need to be removed - or come out crooked - but they can also be very useful. Mine have all been good.

I have all my teeth except for 3 wisdom teeth. I don't remember if those 3 fell out years ago or just never came through.

I sympathise Bazza. Mine is L3 area.
I just have to be careful when doing things because its the unexpected twists and turns that are the worry.
My neck is almost frozen at times with arthritis.
Not having to work makes looking after it a lot easier but seeing you still work you need to take good care of the injury prone areas.
warm up, lift slowly and carefully then have a hot shower or a hot tub at the end of the day.
They seem to think hanging upside down like a monkey on those exercise trapeze is good for release of pressure on back discs.

just don't get a "dry" socket.
Our trip was obviously better than yours.
Missus had a file on broken tooth and a clean with fluoride
I got some specialist meds for my abscess, had a clean and a fluoride BUT if it flares up again ...its gotta come out...bugger.

I think it's pinch nerve, as my osteo said on the phone this morning. Rest and anti-inflammatory tablets then I see her on Tuesday.

Go easy on the anti-inflammatorys. 2-3 days - they can hurt the system.

I don't know if I should do a job tomorrow..it's minor but there is some lifting in the process doing it. As Tuesday I'm seeing the osteo sheila seeing it the nerve damage is bad. With me..I'll sleep it off and ring 7:30am if I will be there. I did correct it a little actually ...I can move 50 degrees on my left side and 90% on my right side.

I'd be very wary. You don't want to cause more damage.

Maybe ask for help if any is about ?

You be careful Bazza. You only get one body and if you wear it out or break it they don't issue a new one

My tooth is getting better by the way. Still a bit sore at times but 100% on last Friday. I think it was getting the large filling done at the same time that added to it all.
