The coughing and FARTING at the same time is a real worry as you hope its just gas .Not good at all mate I know how you feel. My cough is not great still when I go to talk I cough. When I blow my nose fluid is moving in both ears. I have green and yellow coming out of my nose too I’m going to back to doctor tomrrow to get a repeat on my antibiotics. They’re upsetting my tummy though and I’ve been having to stay on the toilet for quite a while.
I don’t think I can go back to work this week at all. It’ll be 6 days I had off for moving and 2 weeks off sick don’t think work will be happy and may call soon but if I’m coughing and can’t hear anyone then I can’t work.

I used to have employees who loved the long weekends or a friendly Dr at Christmas time to give them time off so they could go and work another job.I like Wednesdays.
you are not getting any younger and work in a physical industry.Sunday I was screwed. My Acromioclavicular joint iced it greatly, though yesterday was still no good but today sweet. This afternoon I trained......
Acromioclavicular Joint

The acromioclavicular, or AC, joint is a joint in the shoulder where two bones meet. One of these bones is the collarbone, or clavicle. The second bone is actually part of the shoulder blade (scapula), which is the big bone behind the shoulder that also forms part of the shoulder joint.
I realise that that's why 2 and bit years I got an employee full-time. Though I stretch every morning and evening, though I take many medications by Drs - Neurosurgeons at Gold Coast Hospital I can sleep at night, otherwise, the spine and shoulders do a number on me. My whole life was physical work or exercise, and I'm thankful - as I should've been dead 3 times. Let alone active which many people the injuries I've had, they're dead or wheelchairs etc.you are not getting any younger and work in a physical industry.
Perhaps your body is telling you to think smarter and slow down the physical side.
No one would expect you to stop but as you get older your body tries to tell you things and if you dont listen then it will make the decision for you.I realise that that's why 2 and bit years I got an employee full-time. But thank you, Stan. I will not stop though.
I think on friday I did a number on myself - driving star pickets in. I have driver and puller though I do the correct procedure - let it go on the downward pressure. Though, with bursitis (Acromioclavicular joint) it does a number on me.No one would expect you to stop but as you get older your body tries to tell you things and if you dont listen then it will make the decision for you.
All I am saying is work smarter , not harder and employing a navvie is a good start.
stay as healthy as you can up there.
After the MRI on your teeth, you go back inside the dental surgery. Plasma screen - Big plasma screen you can really see the plates in my jaw. 1 left side and 2 right side. This afternoon I saw my dentist. It was nearly 2 years ago when I had to get an oral surgeon with my sideways wisdom teeth. She had an MRI (like that) in the dental surgery. Last time I had to go to a specialised thing to see the damage. It's pretty good, actually. She said, "don't use medium brushes, get soft brushes". Then she cleaned them... It's f...k nightmareI have to be careful, why? Epileptic drugs. It can screw your teeth up.
