I get badly irritated eyes I couldn’t tolerate sleeping with the lenses in.
I use that margarine - it seems to work.
Costs a little more but my cholesterol is good now.
Amazing the links between tooth/mouth issues/decay and other things - everything from sleep apnea to cancer.
It is worth getting a regular check - at least annual.

From when I went last week to get my teeth built one of the places in my gum where they gave me the needle to numb my mouth as my baby teeth are sensitive well I now have an ulcer on my lower gum right hand side I’ve had it around 4 days now but it seems to be getting worse and it’s full of pus........ eating is causing me lots of discomfort as is swallowing water and when I brush my teeth the toothpaste really stings it.
That is disturbing he should never be allowed to operate ever again what a light penalty.
On Tuesday I have to do Endoscopy. My old Man have ulcurs years ago I quite often bad heart burn and mylanta and others things don't work. Maybe stressed? Maybe the Federal Government as they lie to the enth degree with their tales of great getting back to full tax breaks to stimulate the economy ----
