This works. Amazing - I knew 10 years ago as my GrandMother on my Fathers side had :)ish Blood and was orphaned and then a Catholic got her. She was 2 years old. She was full on Catholic - all her kids named after Saints - My Father included. lol! Jesus was :)ish. That's a fact...I'm not lying about that.

Don't be like me - I put on the head "cap" only to find out it was a "nappy' sort of thing ... for my colonoscopy/endoscopy ...

Let us know when you're out.
I’ve just left hospital. My bowel is fine it’s just IBS. I have reflux though so what I’m on for the that isn’t strong enough.

They had to band some haemorrhoids so I’m in pain right now it makes you feel like you need to poo feels like a knife is up my bum. They cut off the blood supply and the flesh comes out in 10 days in the toilet.

My tummy is very sore too due to all the air they pumped it with sharp stabbing pain.

They said I need tomorrow off work too.

That's a good result mate. Not lifetime on drugs or surgery. You should be happy.

I use something for reflux. Somac. Its a great thing BUT - you must take it as they prescribe. Never too much.

IBS is fairly common too. I switched to a grain bread etc and it virtually fixed itself.

At least you're out. And - a day off ... :)

The last 90mins or so I’ve been in bed nodding on and off.

I was STARVING afterwards.

Ate two lots of sandwiches.
I actually wasn’t straight away asking for sandwiches I wasn’t that hungry as I was in pain due to the banding and some people get a sore tummy with sharp pains due to all the air they pump you up with and it affected me, I still don’t feel too right will take a couple of days.

Others after I’d awoken seemed to awaken fast from the anaesthetic and show no signs of groggyness whereas it took me longer, took me 50mins before I even asked for something to eat or drink, others first thing they said when they woke up was sandwich lol.....

I did enjoy my sandwich S J S J half was with tasty cheese and tomato and the other half silverside, mustard stuff non spicy it was, lettuce and cucumber and I had a couple of Arnotts biscuits.

Just got out of bed at home now to make an apple and blackcurrant juice half water and half juice and had a little pack of Woolies brand lite cheese and crackers from the cold section you get them at Woolies pack of 4 for $4 you get 3 biscuits and 3 crackers in each. Then I just had a little bite sized Cadbury chocolate bar you know how you get them in a 12 or 15 pack......

Mum is making veggies, boiled potatoes and crumbed fish for dinner I’ll enjoy it I’m sure.

I am due more Panadol at 6:30pm so I’ll take some.
