Last week we lost a good man in Father Bob Maguire. He wasn’t someone who got up in dogmatic crap but solely focused on helping those in need. He did a lot of work with the homeless and those doing it tough and was just an all round good bloke with great sense of humour He’s legacy will live on forever.
He was loved by many, I had some reservations about him myself but maybe I am the one that was wrong. No doubt that he did a lot of good work though.

A tad unfair - many have both. Unfortunately - some don't. Some also try to be to clever.
common sense is drilled out of them at university by leftist lecturers and most leave with a degree that doesnt do anything more for a career other then prove they can actually study.
I have a second grandaughter (coming from a military family ) whose lecturer is so leftist and anti establishment he berated her in front of his class while minimising military suicide.
Universities are so into all things woke its amazing anyone has time to do any actual study so my comment about common sense being in short supply is hardly unfair.
They may gain some common sense when they have to struggle in the real world or then again they may just march in the streets demanding things like affordable housing or pay rises without actually making themselves worth the extra pay
My older grandaughter just graduated with a Paramedic course with distinction BUT had to work hard to keep from being influenced by the woke issues rampant on campus
