For breakfast every morning in wholemesl bread 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter plus a bowl of Bega 50percent reducer fat grated cheese with either an orange juice or sustagen.

Mum makes the best spaghetti bologonaise with reduced fat lean mince and tomato soup stuff instead of a real acidic sauce as the base. It’s my favourite.

Yeah that lean mince without added hormones is the best beef mince. Does that acidic bolognese sauce give you heartburn??? Cut up fresh organic tomatoes is a good alternative!

Yeah Mum doesn’t make that. The tomato soup sauce is great in spaghetti.

I don’t buy much organic. Too dear in cost.

Now this does seem to be a popular thread. Grapes have always been very popular but of course they only use to turn them into water because the WATER was full of germs.
It is even true today and doubly so for all those health nuts refilling their plastic bottles with plastic chemicals leeching into the water.

Not fond of the Greens BUT love those Green seedless grapes....and water melon. On a hot day you sit with a knife and cube it on straight from the fridge.:D even better than a chilled beer.:eek:
