I use to love shells.

We had them recently. A tomato bolognaise sauce - herbs etc, bacon pieces, chorizo chopped, some Sambal Oelek (VERY lightly). (Even a prawn or two) - Italian tomatoes - chopped. A splash of red wine. Done in the wok. Pasta added. Stirred and served. Dish and a spoon.

Very simple to make and clean up.

It is a good Sunday night supper.

I really look after my wok. A good clean and oil after every use.
the kids bought us an electric wok some years ago ( probably because it was on sale as no one was buying them)
It is bloody HUUUGE and the missus calls it ULURU it is so big for two people.
But she uses it all the time and I even use it to knock a seafood or chicken and veggies with rice soup mix.
Apart from the plates and spoon wash up Uluru needs a soft clean along with the rice cooker.

Mine's not electric.
