I use to love shells.
We had them recently. A tomato bolognaise sauce - herbs etc, bacon pieces, chorizo chopped, some Sambal Oelek (VERY lightly). (Even a prawn or two) - Italian tomatoes - chopped. A splash of red wine. Done in the wok. Pasta added. Stirred and served. Dish and a spoon.
Very simple to make and clean up.
It is a good Sunday night supper.
