NEVILLE Costigan could yet be handed an NRL lifeline after St George Illawarra confirmed their interest in the second-rower.
The PNG international opted to remain in Australia following the conclusion of Super League XIX, his debut season with the Robins, despite having another year on his contract.
St George’s director of recruitment Peter Mulholland has expressed an interest in signing the 29-year-old, should he become available.
