HUll KR's shortlist may be headed by Scott Dureau but also includes Canberra five-eighth Terry Campese, Parramatta halfback Luke Kelly and Gold Coast utility Maurice Blair.

No-one who's going to set the Superleague on fire there, then?

You reckon? He's hardly played the last couple of years with injuries, and has always seemed pretty ordinary to me.

Looks like you've got a decent prospect at 6 coming though anyway, that Lolo lad?

I don't see what everyone else sees in Lolohea. Personally i'd have kept Godinet as both hooker and half back. Unlike Johnson Godinet gets involved in a game and stays involved in it. As for Campo, i still think he has football left in him and his spat of injuries must surely be at an end so i'd take a punt on him.

Godinet has been only fair in an ordinary Superleague side this season. From the little I've seen, Lolo looks to have comfortably more to his game than him. You're welcome to Campo! :p

You know they've signed Ryan Bailey, right? I don't know Costigan is that much of a loss anyway.

HKR seem to be assembling quite a squad of second-raters to me. We shall see.

He's not going to give you anywhere near 80 minutes, his best days are behind him.

NEVILLE Costigan could yet be handed an NRL lifeline after St George Illawarra confirmed their interest in the second-rower.

The PNG international opted to remain in Australia following the conclusion of Super League XIX, his debut season with the Robins, despite having another year on his contract.

St George’s director of recruitment Peter Mulholland has expressed an interest in signing the 29-year-old, should he become available.

--------------

Not sure this is strictly true - we said he would be interested in a few players - depending on what happened. NC was one of them.

Hull KR prop and former Australia international Michael Weyman retires at the age of 30 because of a knee injury.

Good luck to the big fella.
