Catalans (10) 31
Tries: Davies 2, Yaha, S Tomkins, Bousquet Goals: Maloney 5 Drop goal: Maloney
Hull FC (14) 16
Tries: Tuimavave, Faraimo Goals: McNamara 4

Super League leaders Catalans Dragons ran in five tries in Perpignan as they eventually saw off a determined Hull FC to cement their place on top of the table with a 16th win in 18 games.

Hull led 14-10 at the break after tries from Carlos Tuimavave and Bureta Faraimo and three Ben McNamara kicks.

But, aided by James Maloney's kicking, Catalans scored three second-half tries to Tom Davies's first-half double.

Fouad Yaha, Sam Tomkins and Julien Bousquet all crossed for the hosts.

But it was Maloney's crucial one-pointer at 16-16 which finally opened the door.

As the Black and Whites finally wilted in the French heat, Tomkins and Bousquet both scored converted tries to allow Catalans to push out to a more flattering 31-16 final scoreline.

Hull FC (14) 14
Tries: Lane, Satae Goals: Connor 3
Catalans Dragons (4) 8
Tries: Yaha, Pearce

Hull FC held out to beat Catalans Dragons and record their fourth successive home Super League win.

Tries from Jordan Lane and Chris Satae helped the home side into a 14-4 half-time lead.

Catalans, who got on the scoreboard in the first half through Fouad Yaha, reduced the deficit when Mitchell Pearce held off two tacklers to get the ball down on the line.

But the hosts stood strong in the final 10 minutes to move up to fourth place.

It was a tough, physical game for both teams, coming off the back of the busy Easter period.

Salford (12) 24

Jai Field scored a stunning late length-of-the-field try to earn Wigan a 30-24 victory over Salford in a pulsating Super League encounter.

Field gathered a Morgan Escare drop-goal attempt in front of his own posts and raced through the Salford defence.

The Wigan full-back had opened the scoring before tries from Kaide Ellis, Liam Farrell and Harry Smith earned Warriors a 24-12 half-time lead.

Alex Gerrard and Ken Sio went over to level the scores before Field won it.

Wigan's sixth successive home league victory of the season drew them level on points with St Helens at the top of the table, but they made hard work of it after seemingly being in control at the break.

Tries: Swift 2, McIntosh, Reynolds, Tuimavave, Satae Goals: Gale 3 Drop-Goals: Gale
Wigan (12) 22
Tries: Bateman, Marsh, French, Farrell Goals: Smith 3

Hull FC beat Wigan Warriors in an end-to-end Super League thriller that saw 10 tries scored.

The hosts' winger Adam Swift powered over twice in the opening 13 minutes to help build a 12-0 lead.

Missed conversions kept Wigan in touch, with Liam Marshall cutting the gap to six points at half-time, before Bevan French raced through to make it 18-18.

Second-row Liam Farrell's try set up a frantic finish but ultimately Hull held on as their attack proved too strong.

Fast, flowing Black and White play from the kick-off stunned Wigan as Swift picked up the ball on the left and dived across the line with the first clear chance.

Fellow winger Darnell McIntosh then scored after being found unopposed on the right, before Swift got his second after a brilliant driving run.
