We made 454.

What an innings by Labuschagne, 215 and 837 runs in 5 tests, 4 centuries and 2 fifties from 7 innings.

NZ showing some guts, 0/63 at stumps day 2 and they’re 29 overs into their innings.

Be interesting to see who goes to play the Bangals. We won't need 3 fasties in a Test - so we won't need to take 4 with us - maybe just 2. We will need extra spin unless we utilise Labo and Smith more. We could go an extra all rounder - eg Marsh ?

Australia openers David Warner and Aaron Finch both hit centuries to complement their bowlers' inspired display as the touring side handed out a 10-wicket thrashing to India in the opening one-day international on Tuesday.

India, ranked second in ODIs in the world, suffered a mid-innings collapse to be bundled out for 255 in the 50th over of their innings after Australia captain Finch won the toss and opted to field in the first of the three-match series.

An awesome win.

We elected to bat first and made 9-286.

Smith made a brilliant 131 and Marnus 54, not enough from the rest.

Advantage India at the halfway mark.

I thought Stoinis would’ve made the T20 one.

I think I like the T20 more so than the ODIs. BUT - a good game is a good game.

It was good for the Bull (Warner) and Perry is a class act anyway. She would have been Top of any sport...She did soccer but any sport with her.

Ellyse Perry has claimed her third Belinda Clark Award, capping off a dominant 12-month period that saw the superstar allrounder continue to smash records and break new ground.

Having previously won the award in 2016 and 2018, Perry was honoured at the Australian Cricket Awards in Melbourne on Monday night, capping off a 2019 that also saw her named the ICC's Cricketer of the Year.

The 29-year-old polled 161 votes to take out the award ahead of last year's winner Alyssa Healy (153) – who won the ODI and T20I Player of the Year awards – with left-arm spinner Jess Jonassen (87) the next highest vote getter.
