I took a Torana for a test drive once. V8 - fast back - purple.

I remember pushing the accelerator and just taking off. It had so much power.

I'm not sure where it's long term future is though, changes next year with Gen 3, commodore out and Camaro in with Mustang continuing both on a revised platform, wider, lower roof line and less downforce.
