Okay, so it wasn't the entire squad that went to Melbourne to do a camp with Richmond like I first thought, it was just the leadership group and coaching staff. Still pretty damn awesome!

Apparently he’s not with Wests anymore mate.

He was one of the few refs I like. I feel overall for the most part too as of now the best is Gerard Sutton. As you know don’t start me on Atkins or Gee and I’m not keen on Klein either.

Now this is sweet, sweet music to my ears. Very big, positive signs!

Particularly impressive is Shaq, his insane journey of hard work continues. Honestly, what an inspiration! Dropping to 116kg from where he was is just incredible.

A video on the Warren from Richard Nassif who is often at training was a very short video just of Thompson charging running full pelt down the sideline geez he’s a big body callmack1 he’s a beast! Concern will be if they grubber kick in behind him with his big frame he might be slow I think to turn around Southy

was only there for a short time this morning but in what I saw Keon’s lungs were about to explode. He was not having fun out there. Cookie’s fitness is crazy. It looked a full on lactic torture session but he led at every drill.
