Struth ! First you had a man crush on Goodwin and now you have a man crush on Mansour.
.
Southy you should know by now I love a back who rolls the sleeves up gets into dummy half coming out of trouble and does the tough stuff to help the forwards with a high work rate..... and they go looking for the ball which is what the quality wingers do.

You think about it too much, let's just wait and see what transpires.

Charity Shield is on Feb 27 I think so we'll get a look at them then.

I might go and watch training on Friday.

Gagai and Graham should be 3 and 4.The team looked explosive when they played together at season's tail end. Alex and one flank then young Paulo on the other. I have no idea why Burt wanted Mansour and why they let Allen depart. Its a poor move. Allen can play a number of positions when the team is stuck Mansour is a First Class dud.
Paulo for mine will be a much better player with some more development and CC will greatly help him going backwards to go forwards.... Wayne already said in a presser last year Paulo hasn’t done anything of great note before that game against Parra. Wayne also said it’s hard for these young kids to play week in and week out first grade and they would benefit from some time in CC which couldn’t happen last year.

I fully trust Wayne’s judgement in bringing in Mansour. And before saying he’s hopeless give him a go for goodness sakes first of all. Let’s not write him off before he’s laced up a boot. I saw plenty of Mansour the last couple of years and I always thought geez I’d love him back at Souths.

About a decade ago we shouldn’t have got rid of him after we made the U20’s GF, I was at the under 20’s prelim the week before in 2010 with my Dad and we both said geez we hope we keep young Mansour....

Oh well better late than never and at long last he’s coming home where he belongs! BACK TO REDFERN SOUTH SYDNEY BRING HIM JOSHY BOY!!

Correct. The Crisps are not Salary Cap stressed that is not the issue. Speaking of a back-up FB.. Just WHO replaces Mitchell when he goes down again? Getting rid of Allen is plain :)ic...Alex is best suited on the flank as a scoring machine. Mansour for Allen is plain stupidity. Allen is much younger has a higher ceiling than Mustard and he can play numerous positions. mustard is NOT any Lote Tuqiri. He is small, slow and never won anything in 20 seasons.
AJ will fill in at fullback when required. He will go ok in regular season games, he’s done the job there quite well for us before,

I don’t need to see what transpires I know what Mansour brings.

Are you allowed into training though with all this Covid stuff going on....

People watch from outside the fence but it will be hotter on Friday than I expected so I will give it a miss.

Most runs in the comp, 2nd for run metres, 1st for line breaks, equal 6th for tackle breaks, 4th for minutes played, equal 15th for tries (12) - and we know from just watching him play that he bends the line when he hits it and gets the sets rolling forward either 1st or 2nd carry from the back - sometimes taking 2 carries in the same set.

Our forwards and our hooker in particular will appreciate what he brings to the team.

From Mega off the Pride re the Sauce.

Rabbitohs sign international winger Josh Mansour for seasons 2021 and 2022: https://www.rabbitohs.com.au/news/2...inger-josh-mansour-for-seasons-2021-and-2022/

Bunnies pounce on star Panther brutally axed 48 hours after Grand Final loss: https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nr...s/news-story/9aa3c9a7aecd2f94754f49d1cee6fbc8

Absolutely wrapped to have this confirmed!! Honestly stoked! A great signing in my opinion. I've seen some people comment that he's too old or that he's too slow, bullshit if you ask me. Mansour is still an elite winger and it still one of the best wingers out there. 30 is still young ish so he still has a few great years of Footy to come. He completes our squad in my opinion and has us absolutely primed for a Premiership tilt. An elite meter-eating winger is what we've been crying our for and that's exactly what we've got. Wrapped with this.

Well done Souths, welcome home Sauce!
Just ask Cameron Smith if 30 yrs is old !! Penrith just got rid of the best back in their 3/4s!! FOOLS !!
