Time to switch focus to 2021. This is part of a forum update where I'll be updating all threads for 2021. Same threads, same purpose, it's just a freshen up.

Please stop using the old threads if you can and start using these ones.

Please use this thread for general non-Footy chat.

Cheers.

Very sad doyen, obviously there would have been no problems prior to training.

callmack1 callmack1 I haven’t played in around 2.5 years due to my arm but have you played Rugby League Live 4 on your computer of late? If not do you think you’ll have a few games over the off season?

Na man, career mode is to glitchy/not deep enough for me. I just do casual haha.

You should play it again bro. So much better on PC because I have fully modded it to update it.
I’ll give it a go over summer maybe. Depends how my arm goes.

callmack1 callmack1 I had a game of Rugby League Live 4 on my PS4, it would be 2 and a half years since I had a game. Callmack I’d like you to do a similar review when you play, I’d like to hear how your games go after you’ve played one and some stats as well.

My arm held up ok just a bit of pain whilst I played. I just played a single match 15mins a half. I think a 30mins game is good. Anymore would be no good for my arm.

I don’t verse other people I just verse the computer so to speak.

I had to do some training tutorials and read what button was for what as I was quite rusty.

I then decided I’d verse the Rorters. I don’t have updated squads as I don’t have internet connection but I was able to bring some juniors up into the 17.

I ran out like this:

GI (C)
Campbell (brought him up from U20’s)
Goodwin
H. Hunt
AJ
Cody
Reynolds
T. Burgess
Cook
Clark
Crichton
Sutto THE LEGEND
S. Burgess

G. Burgess
Turner
Murray (brought him up from U20’s
Koloamatangi (brought him up from U20’s.

I just played on the second easiest difficulty put of 5 levels. When I lasted played in early 2018 I played the next level so middle difficulty but obviously I’m rusty right now.

First thing I tried to do was defend well and have good controlled movement callmack1 callmack1. I would put big hits on in defence too.

Some of my kicking game early was poor where I’d go to kick but I’d get tackled or it wouldn’t go as far as I wanted. As the game went on I put in some good kicks especially some from inside my 40 in my own half where I’d kick into space have a good chase and pin the Rorters inside their own 20.

I got into a groove though. Sam Burgess scored my first try a strong run from 12 metres out and a step to score. I then took an Adam Reynolds penalty goal from 39 metres out and nailed it. Then on the last tackle 18 metres out I put a bomb up and Hymel caught it 1 metre out and dived over to score.

At half time it was 14 nil.

The LEGEND SUTTO he ran a good line to score in the second half. I then let the scum in made an error and conceded a penalty and could no longer hold them out. I then finished off scoring a try can’t remember who scored it.

Overall I was pleased with my performance 24-6 over the scum. Penalties were 4 all. The errors I think I made 7 or 8 and they made 17-18 errors but 6 or 7 of those I forced with hate hitting defence.

Sam had 12 hit ups for 97 metres, Tom had 11 for 95 metres and Sutto 8 for 71 metres they all led from the front. Hymel was awesome too with the shit work 15 for 116 metres.

I like to get Cody taking the line on as well or Cook picking his time and having a dart.

She had a bad run last year Silky and early this year we nearly lost her as I’ve mentioned before. a blood transfusion saved her life and she had a blockage in one of her kidneys and there was only an 11percent chance she’d pull through but we did. Silky is a miracle cat.

She still has Chronic Kidney disease just on the border of stage 3 so she is on so many meds it’s very expensive and daily subcut fluids under the skin we take her to the local vet each arvo, but she’s been stable the last 3-4 months. She is under a specialist at Roseberry animal hospital though who is great and right now she goes there every 2-3 weeks.

Some say put her down and get another one but we can’t she’s apart of the family.

I am the favourite in the family always have been.

S J S J this is the first photo in a long time that has worked so I’m happy it’s loaded.
